Blackberry Farm, a renowned luxury resort in Walland, Tennessee, nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, has partnered with McCall Construction on numerous projects to enhance its facilities.

Blackberry Farm Projects:

• Brewery and Brewery Kitchen: Development of a brewery and accompanying kitchen to offer guests craft brewing experiences.
• Garden Shed: Construction of a garden shed to support the resort's farm-to-table operations.
• Gate House Renovation: Renovation of the gate house to improve guest reception and security.
• Farm House Renovation: Restoration of the historic farm house to preserve its charm while enhancing functionality.
• Condry Building Renovation: Upgrading the Condry Building to better serve resort operations.
• Main Office Renovation: Modernization of the main office to improve administrative efficiency.
• Dog Kennel: Construction of a dedicated dog kennel to accommodate guests' pets.
• Clay Course Building Renovation and Addition: Enhancement of the clay course facilities for shooting sports enthusiasts.

• Main Lodge Renovation: Refurbishment of the main lodge to enhance guest comfort and experience.
• Patio Art Pavilion: Creation of an art pavilion to showcase local artists and host cultural events.
• Aerial Yoga Structure: Construction of a unique structure designed for aerial yoga sessions, promoting wellness activities.
